Learn Thai Bodywork
Learn, practice, and receive basic Thai Bodywork techniques to take with you: booking a Thai Bodywork Introduction allows you to delve deeper into this ancient practice and learn some for yourself! Great for massage therapists, yoga instructors, or anyone looking to gain a better understanding of the body and how to care for it.
Thai Bodywork combines joint mobilization, stretching, and massage techniques to encourage healing, gain flexibility, and relieve mental and physical stress. Watch this short video to learn more about its many benefits!
For the fullest experience, it is best to schedule with a friend or partner so I can best direct you (it's challenging to provide guidance when you can't watch what's happening!). Plus, then you will always have some bodywork on hand :) Even numbered groups are most conducive to this type of workshop, but it is possible to have a group of 3 if necessary.

Pricing
You and a partner will learn applicable techniques to stretch, massage, and heal the body. Feel free to request specific areas of focus (ex. frequent back pain)

* Cancellations must be made 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will be charged the full hour rate ($75.00)
